CRMM Holdings LLC is an investment company registered in the State of Florida (Doc# L15000137695). We invest in residential real estate in the central Florida region and let local and remote investors take part with as little as $1,000.
Our investors enjoy the same steady income stream and potential appreciation as owning a rental property — without spending the time and energy to care for the property or deal with tenants.
We handle the acquisition, the tenants, the maintenance, and the paperwork. You simply hold a share of the property and receive your portion of the income.
Compared with traditional do-it-yourself real-estate investing, our approach gives you a flexible investment amount, immediate income, and none of the headaches of being a landlord.
We are an investment company, not a management company. Because we own every property and keep at least a 10% stake in each one, we have real skin in the game — so we care about the properties far more than a typical management company, which has only its management fee at stake.

|---|---|---|
| Initial investment | Requires a large amount of money to invest in a single property. | Invest in multiple projects, with as little as $1,000 in each. |
| Time to receive income | After you buy, the property may not be move-in ready and can need extra time and money to improve — or at least time to find the first tenant — before it produces income. | Every project you invest in is already producing income, so you start receiving interest right away. |
| Dealing with tenants | You have to find tenants yourself: advertising, showings, background checks, lease signing, and more. | You don't worry about any of that — we take care of everything. |
| Non-performing tenants | You may have to deal with tenants who don't pay, costing you considerable time and money. | Again, not your concern — we handle it. |
| Management fees | A property manager may charge an initial fee, a monthly fee (whether or not you're earning income), and a tenant-finding fee — often more than 10% of your total income, and much more when a tenant doesn't perform. | We allocate just 9% of the actual rent received to cover company operating costs (excluding property-specific costs like tax, insurance, and repairs). No other fees — and if a project earns nothing, you contribute nothing to company costs. |
| Exit (selling) cost | Selling is expensive because of real-estate agent commissions. | We use our own agent at a very low commission, so exit costs are nearly halved (we still usually pay the buyer's agent). Lower cost means higher profit for investors. |
Fractional shares are our most popular option, but not the only one.
