For investors who want total control, have the resources, and prefer to own a whole property in beautiful Central Florida, we can help you too. There are two ways we can work together.
We work with you to identify the property you like, we purchase it, and we allocate 100% of the project to you. You make every decision for the project — what improvements to make, how much to charge for rent, which tenant to select, and, most importantly, when to sell. The project runs like any of our other projects, except that no other investor holds a stake in it.
The more traditional approach: our real-estate agent from SRR Florida helps you locate and purchase the property you like, and manages it for you. We charge 9% of the actual income as a management fee. When the time comes to sell, our agent can market and sell the property at a greatly reduced commission.
